How Many Galaxies Are There?
Astronomers estimate that there are most likely more than one hundred billion (100,000,000,000) galaxies in the universe! [1]
WOW, that is a lot!
And just think, our own Milky Way Galaxy contains at least two hundred billion stars!
The biggest galaxies contain around Ten Trillion Stars.[1]
The smallest galaxies contain around Ten Million Stars.[1]
